Differentiator - What's different or unique about this concept?

 

Industry - Is it a growth industry? Stagnant? Will it play nationally?

 

Sale-ability - Is the franchise growing? Law suits? Established business but new franchise?

 

Qualification - Master/Regional - Anything uniquely required of the Master/Regional Developer? Specific Industry Experience, etc?

 

Franchisee - How much investment is required? Will that make the candidate pool big or small based on unit-level requirements?
